the staff were very helpful and had a sense of humour. there was a nice variety of food for breakfast. the prices were respectable i thought. i found the location lovely, situated on the harbour.

The bathroom was too small. you had to step up into it. there wasn't enough variety on the television. Though that didn't bother me too much. the room was a bit small but very comfy and tidy.

Location worked well with many bars and restaurants very near. city centre was also less than ten minutes walk away. i liked the breakfast. It was worth the money. the staff was really helpful and i had no issues.

i checked in and found the room to be damp. the window and wall was running with water. i reported this, but nothing was done about it.

the location was very central. it was close to many places. lots of restaurants were available nearby. the blackout curtains in my room were really effective. the shower was also lovely! the bed was very comfortable. there was a discount for parking in the millennium carpark.

the room felt cramped and poorly lit. there were just two dim bedside lamps, this made it difficult to see properly at night. the window faced another building very closely, this blocked most of the natural light. the bathroom was also quite small and reminded me of one you might find on a train. the sink was especially tiny.
